Start the new school year right by making sure students are physically and mentally in shape. Make sure coaches, teachers and parents know how to help students avoid common sports injuries and also what steps to take should an injury occur. Carol Berman, writer for Physical Therapy Aide.org, has just posted a list of the 105 Best Sports Injury Recovery Resources on the Web at http://www.physicaltherapyaide.org/sports-injury-recovery/ .  Please share this resource with all your coaches and physical education teachers.  Here's to a safe and successful new school year!
