2026 Legislative Session

MABE's bill positions reflect MABE's 2026 Legislative Priorities and votes taken by MABE's Legislative Committee during session.  MABE's Legislative Committee is led by Jennifer Swickard Mallo, Chair (Howard County) and Rodney Glotfelty, Vice-Chair (Garrett County).  MABE’s adopted legislative positions are also grounded in the association's Continuing Resolutions for 2025-2026, which were adopted at MABE’s 2025 Annual Business Meeting.
