This session will look at the roles and responsibilities of a Superintendent and a Board and the relationship between the two. Questions such as: how do a superintendent and the school board develop a successful working relationship? And how is that successful relationship maintained? will be discussed to help to foster — and keep — a positive and long-lasting relationship to advance student achievement and school district success.
