MABE is glad to share details of upcoming K-12 certified Title IX virtual trainings, provided at a discounted rate for Maryland school systems’ senior school leadership and local superintendents. Intended to help school systems properly handle Title IX complaints, MABE offers these trainings in tandem with the Title IX compliance experts at Institutional Compliance Solutions (ICS).
Requested action: We ask that school board members share this information with administrators who serve in the Title IX investigation and grievance processes, including Title IX Coordinators, Investigators, Decision-Makers, Appellate Decision-Makers, and Informal Resolution Facilitators (or what ICS refers to as the “Title IX Team”).
